In the realm of supergroups, these guys strike me as a Damn Yankees type, that will only run for a blip on the radar screen. Darius is right about Satriani. The man is amazing. His Christmas album is the most listenable Christmas album you’ll ever hear. He’s a true visionary.

Buckcherry’s version of Highway Star should render anyone affiliated with that trash in a morgue. They’ve become the leaders of the free rock world. Kiss, Crue, Aerosmith – they’re touring with everyone and they suck. They destroyed that Deep Purple song.

There was a dude in the very small bathroom who probably thought he really was at a Van Halen gig ROASTING a joint right before the show. The cloud that came out of this bathroom and down the hall leading towards the crowd was just ridiculous. I walk in there and he has the Snoop Dogg eyes going on, and he loudly tells me that Michael Anthony’s dad had just walked in and asked to “smoke some of my sh*t.” Hilarious.
