Great Northern - Indie Rock at its Best
Good afternoon. I wanted to take a second to tell you guys about a band called Great Northern. They’re an indie rock band from California. They have a couple of records out and an EP. I’m a hit-or-miss with this type of music, but the female/male vocals are tremendous, and dare I say – dreamy. If you’re into dream indie rock, head over to www.myspace.com/greatnorthern to check them out.
You can download the entire catalog for free at this link.
I definitely want to get them on the show in the future. I truly believe they have something special and would like to get the word out as much as possible.

Ah, we’re onto indie rock now? These guys aren’t bad. I’m reminded of Mazzy Star.
